What are the best places to outsource to get your website/video ranked?

You can also give me the guys that do the most blackhat methods to rank. Like 301 redirects or sneaking links on websites of a high pr</acronym> private network.

I have tried to be the good guy with ranking stuff the whitehat way for about 1 1/2 year now, but it all has yielded very little results.

Please, you must help me with this. I have been trying to make money online for so long now and so far i've only made $11. My parents are very dissapointed in me about not being succesful and i really want to make them proud.

I dont know any blackhat methods - but get your links out there!
Chat and post in forums, websites, social sharing, etc - i heard someone say, be everywhere - and its true, u will get backlinks, genuine traffic and rank up!
hard work pays off dude! Im away next week but ill help throw your link around and give you some tips on gaining followers etc.... your on a site which deals with this kinda stuff....look around :)

But pm me if u want a hand getting it out there, sharing to my friends etc, nowt major, but it might help!!
