To make it easy.. just upload all of it and then install woocommerce multilingual and it will give you notification about another plugin that u need or require to install.. and if all done.. you can delete the rest if you dont want to install it :)

I had some prob making it working, uninstalled all, reinstalled woocom multil first and followed messages saying needs this, needs that and all worked perfectly then.
