Try WP All Import with the WooCommerce addon. It's free, unless you have variable products to add, then you need the pro version (which I dont have).

As mentioned above, the WPAvengers plugin includes the Product CSV Import Suite, along with PayPal Digital Goods Checkout. Download from wpavengers.com, install the plugin, then choose which extra plugins to install.
