Hi hats, white, grey and black,

my name is whytf and I'm here because the provided Information is relevant to me. I already learned a lot just by reading here and there and now I have some questions to ask, so I introduce myself.
I wouldn't consider myself a blackhat, yet very interested and fascinated about the topics discussed here. I'm a web developer from Germany - sorry for my bad English - and actually developing a free whois service with keyword tool, domain name suggestion and expired domain checker.
I will introduce it to you, as soon as it is presentable. Until then I'll have one or another question, for example where to get cheap IP addresses, maybe blacklisted ones will do, or where to host my data miner. I'll open a thread for this, if you don't mind.
