what are the factors for knowing penelised and deindex sites
i have some list of site i will be using to link to my money sites but before using then i don't know if the are affected by google update or deindex hence am asking what a the factors of knowing if this list of site are affected by google update or deindex

but do it without been logged in google. if you are logged in, "they" show you your sites also if has been penelised
