transcription software request

Does anybody know
a good soft to create automatic PDF transcription of video or audio files?

Check out "Nuance Dragon Naturally Speaking."

I haven't used Nuance Dragon much, but you can feed in an audio and it will give you text as output. Also, you can program it to recognize your voice after which it will type whatever dictated by you. Do note, that if you feed in unclear audio, it wont give you good results.. But if the audio and dictation are clear, nothing beats the Dragon.

I will have a look, but I wonder if the transcript can work in any language...
