I purchased a template from this site. I had trouble editing the sql file. Website addresses were not functioning. I requested assistance thru email, phone and ticket, never got a response the 4th day I initiated greendot to return money to my card. Is this unreasonable for me to have done? I still have not heard from vendor. Cheers and thank you for any input.
