To be honest. I think Ruffino is actually giving less. He just included some Bill Baren stuff instead. All in all, you can buy Kern's course and Baren's MoE course and you probably have more value for less money right there!

If you're really desperate for this, you can check out Frank Kern's High Paid Advisor program. It's the same set up. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if RR nabbed chunks of it for COD.
