powerfull exchange system problem (twitter, facebook)

I still have problem with the powerful exchange system script.
if I have a correct username Intype he says he does not exist or wrong.
only he exists does anyone know what I need to change or a working script.

This problem occurs with twitter and facebook
on youtube and soundcloud does work
