as funny as it sounds remember all things have flaws. paypal is human made so a good hacker can do with it as he pleases, now whether he or she is hanging out in some forum like BBHF, I highly doubt that.

DO RESEARCH AND ASK PROPER QUESTIONS TO GET THE RIGHT ANSWER.
DONT JUST ASK FOR FREE MONEY.
