(need help)setup captcha sniper with IIS /HTTPD server enabled?

hello guys

so i need help,i've been trying to find a way to run captcha sniper on my server ,usually i can just turn of IIS extension or setup another port on my httpd.conf

so friend of mine just gave me a decent windows 2008 server 4.40GHz with 8GB ram . i think with this server i could just spam the hell my tier link 24/7 nonstop ,the only problem is, my friend told me that dont touch the web server this including changing port or disable the service

i own GSA license and im thinking to using this server to spam (my friend doesn't care).. the problem is this goddam captcha sniper cannot run as it said "port 80 allready being used" (httpd.conf) and i cant change the port


so guys any work around?
