I know this is an old post, but I just want to throw in my 2 cents.
I am not sure about the trojan/malware detection you are referring to. In as much as there could be some foreign bodies in some tools, we must also exercise caution in making generalist conclusions. There is the tendency for antivirus tools to scream at every cracked software due to the fact that it is "Cracked". The tools used for cracking are meant to circumvent the security in the original software. That singular act will naturally raise alarm bells to any serious antivirus tool. Whoever this 0mmo guy is, I think that he is very good. I have had the opportunity of using some tools from him site and they worked flawlessly
