There are indeed ways to scrape emails from FB to add to your list so I would not doubt that this is real. Very possible.

Just be careful because doing this is straight up Spam and WILL get the law knocking (or kicking down) your door.

Some of the ways you may make this work is either be very creative in how you contact these folks, live in a country where no one gives a rat's ass (like Russia or Nigeria, etc), or know how to hide your self with crazy proxies, VPNs, or whatever else the kids are using these days to cover their ass.

As far as I know FB API has changed over time,

It doesn't let you get someones email unless its publicly posted by the user.

Only thing can get is the id and create @facebook.com email to import for ads.

SP clearly states

"No Facebook API Access required"

Its only scraping the public emails.

Doing so can risk account with many request at a time and now no social network will allow you doing it. Because they want you money through paid ads.

Adam auto mailer another tool which claims to scrape it but all it does is get public emails posted on pages.
