I want to install pinboard drupal theme
that is the construction file


1) Extract the .tgz file "Pinboard.v2.1.2.Drupal.7_FLIPMODE_NULLED_2013.02.24.tgz"
to see the full contents of the .tgz package.
2) Upload the entire extracted package to your server, where you either
have a) Drupal already installed (no instructions) or b) upload to a new
directory where you wish to install Drupal + PinBoard theme.
3) Log in to your control panel and create a Database, a Database User
and Password.
4) Create a sub-domain if you have uploaded it to a sub-folder, allowing
you to access it via: pin.MyDomain.com (for example).
5) Navigate to the URL of your domain and path to where you uploaded
PinBoard.
6) Follow the installation process, following the steps and providing
details when asked.
7) Once installation has completed, perform any post-installation tasks
to update Drupal or its modules.
8) Remember to set up some backups of your database and files!
9) You're done! :D Have fun with your new PinBoard site!

To allow your visitors to share content via your Pintrest-like Drupal theme,
you can optionally modify two fields related to this. Things will still work
if you choose not to, which is why this is an *optional* step.
The optional changes include a few easy steps to customise existing settings.
You can always change these details later, however I recommend you follow the
steps below and peform the required modifications.

Open and edit the file:
- ../sites/all/libraries/OpenInviter/config.php

Inside you will find two fields of interest, these are:
- "username", and
- "private_key".

Replace these fields with your own user name and private key (generated via
the OpenInviter website!). To register for an account to generate these
details, please visit: http://openinviter.com/register.php

Of course you can always leave these fields as they are already. But I do
*recommend* you sign up for your own account!

Don't forget: read ALL the TXT files included. They offer detailed
information on: installation, operation, configuration and developer doc's.

have I to install drupal 7 first or install theme first

How can you install a theme before the script? Themes are parts of the scripts. All CMS scripts works like this way.. E.g: You must install DLE first and then you must copy your theme files in /templates/ folder.

Of course you must install drupal first, make it fully functional then install the theme using instructions step by step.

but there are themes installed alone without script
