help with the TRASH

I have reached my limit on the inbox and have tried to remove the messages. i send them to the trash and it still says you have reached your limit.

I even log out and in again, have changed browsers but each time i come back they are there again. i need to delete them forever and have system recognize it.

Any help would be appreciated.

Really, is this forum that stupid :)

Just do this:

1-) Go To USER CP(control panel) >>> HERE or at the top.
2-) Go To Inbox (in the left side) > then check the messages that you want to delete > then hit the "DELETE" button.
3-) Now do this with "Sent Items" and "Drafts" sections, too. > then hit the "DELETE" button again.
4-) Go to "Trash Can" > Check the messages that you want to remove > Hit "DELETE" again.

if this doesn't work contact Mods to solve the problems.

i AM NOT THAT STUPID
I DID ALL THAT.
IT KEEPS TELLING ME I AM AT MY LIMIT NO MATTER WHAT I DO.
I CANNOT CONTACT THE MODS BECAUSE IT IS AT MY LIMIT. I DID SEND THEM A NOTE AND WAS TOLD THEY WOULD NOT GET IT BECAUSE I WAS AT MY LIMIT
WHAT PART OF AT MY LIMIT AND NOTHING WORKS DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND?
