this would be a problem with your hosting. not your theme or wordpress issue. contact your hosting provider for more answers or google your problem to find possible solutions that you may be able to fix yourself through your .htaccess file or php.ini file.
always make sure the latest wordpress version is installed. also, it's better to manually install/update wordpress than doing it automatically You can't live a perfect day without doing something for someone that can never repay you
