so it is safe to run if i disable adsense when running and enable if not using the bot.. or do not use bot at all for adsense site

Yes in that case it 100% safe, though many people uses youlikehit for increase ctr or increasing visits and they too don't think its risky while your website and adsense are in hands of unknown people, if they don't think its risky then we are at much safer side... But its good to repect the Giant G, I recommend disabling adnsense till you are using the bot..its good idea. once you see improvements and decide to stop the use of bot then re enable..  |

See it totally depend on how you used it, It is just an Idea that more a site is being searched using a keyword may get good position in google.
