When it was clear that the promoter was Rita Lasker, that was all any of us needed to know. If you are dying of thirst, and someone named Rita Lasker claims to have the only water for 10 miles -the best odds are to keep crawling.

If it is true that the algorithm changes the performance negatively, I would be much more interested in trading the corrupted algorithm than the original algorithm.

Just my opinion. If this robot "works", it would be the first one that ever did.
