Well, I had a look and registered using all the OTO links provided.
In fact, if it hadn't been for the fact that the OP generously shared all
the OTO links, I wouldn't have bothered checking at all, as Branson Tay's
previous products have made Billy Darr's efforts look slick and polished.

Nevertheless, I created all the account upgrades and logged in. I have to say
that it actually looks quite promising - although I haven't tried to create anything
yet, as I don't want anymore distractions. However, it may actually create okay sites.
The thing will be if they get any traffic to them. That said, one of the OTO's is the
'endless traffic' upgrade. IF that works (if), then it may actually make some moolah.

As I say, I haven't tried it yet, so it's up to you if you want to get stuck in and work it.
What I will say, is that there is a serious effort on all the upgrade dashboard pages to
encourage the buyer to watch a two hour plus webinar which seems to be for an upsell
that has Jono Armstrong's face on it and appears to cost $4,000.

So, maybe this product of Branson's is a robust and 'real' product (at last), or it is a front
for a high ticket Jono product that is tucked away in the background.
Perhaps someone who is willing to give this a go and work through it can give us a better
insight into news.ly than I am able to right now having had just a brief look.
