I just found it on my hard drive ..so dont remember ...think it is from one of the latest shares here at the forum...selling to big ticket client s..Nick ? or Greg? ...
will check further and see if I can find it ...
in the meantime , can any of you tell me how to get rid of this Bing look a like tool bar ?
tried to uninstall....no name to identify
no extension
no add on ...
think it is in my pictures or video file but couldnt find anything with related words...I think that way because my search function on the pictures and videos isnt working..
i would appreciate any help ...thanks !

If you're using Chrome, it has a function in the Settings that can reset everything to factory default which will get rid of the toolbar, but not remove it from your comp.

Not a 100% fix, but at least it doesn't take up screen real estate.
