Of all the books and other writings on this topic I've encountered over the years, Douglas Van Dorn's "Giants: Sons of the Gods" is far and away the best. Its great strength is a combination of conservative conclusions drawn from extensive documentation. Too much of what is available ends up running down rabbit trails, and sinking into quagmires of UFOs, mysticism, and authorial self-promotion. The author does a masterful job avoiding such traps, and stays on target as a result. He is clearly not out to tell the reader what to believe, but to present the evidence available, and to let the readers reach their own conclusions. To do that, he employs a massive bibliography, pulling together and examining resources from the full spectrum of what is available. The result is an absolute success. Anyone interested in this topic needs this book at their disposal, and I highly recommend it. Since it is available on Kindle, I recommend the Kindle for PC (software available from Amazon), and that it be read on a PC or laptop. Readers can then open several browsers linked to different resources (the Bible, the Book of Enoch, and others) that the author references, and follow along. If the book has any weakness, it is that the resource material is massive to the point of overwhelming. Reading the book on PC or laptop in this manner will help relieve that problem. By all means, get and read this book. It is well worth it."
