Seems like in our present world that there cannot be any true safety from folks who employ lethal force for a living - and that many very serious changes have been made since even a year or 2 ago...
Might be a very good read, but also maybe not a good idea to take its advice literally until solidly verified.
Too many LEOs these days are abusing their immunities and getting away with shooting folks just 'cuz they feel like shooting somebody today - NOT good.

Well, that would require another book - "Bullet proof yourself", to be written by a reclusive monk (who just so happens to look identical to your next door neighbor) who has spent decades touring ancient monasteries of the world (on his PC), and which you could learn in a matter of minutes after spending, hold your breath not a million dollars, ... not even half a million, but for the once in a lifetime price of only 99.99+shipping and handling (well you can't expect a monk to be shipped for free, you know :-)
