Thanks. If you have submitted ticket you must wait for office opening time.
9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday- Company doesn't work on weekends and nights. Its 1 am here right now.

Video tutorial can be access by clicking "FAQ/HELP" on top of app builder. New premium templates are to be added next week.
