Yeah, I've used this method about 3 months until now. And it's hard to say that this method really works. Provided that you really do have to be careful in keeping the CTR to remain low, and everything will be fine.
Note for using >>>[[[Reported by Members as Spam Site]]]<<<, distance between time visitors should look random, so like real visitors, and did not look suspicious.
I always allocate funds for innoshow at least $20 in order to really keep the CTR remains low. But also, the CTR should not be too low and always lower continuously.
Sometimes make the CTR to be slightly higher, because it is to deceive the Google's eye, because your traffic will be really look like real.

It just might be a few tips from my experience playing adsense + innoshow + >>>[[[Reported by Members as Spam Site]]]<<< so far without getting baned by google adsense. :)
