The results?
I think it does helps, though I only used a portion of it. I experiment this on a site along with heavy social bookmarking. I was targetting for some 12k exact searches, but was very competitive according to GKT. Went up to page 2 and stayed there since.
Website is a blog with quite a bit of unique content by the way.

A word of advise... Don't just create profiles... Post something! I don't think G likes profile links anyway.

The product cost $27. Too expensive in my opinion. But pretty good for noobs. And some of the links in them are broken at the time of purchased. But overall you can still benefit from it... Just put in effort guys.
