check Safemode off
create 2 database
database1 example : edir_main
database 2 example: edir_domain
go to http//localhost/setup
if you are installing under subfolder
1. open conf/loadconfig.inc.php

change the following line (!defined("EDIRECTORY_FOLDER")) define("EDIRECTORY_FOLDER", "");

to (add your folder name at the end of the line as displayed below)

if (!defined("EDIRECTORY_FOLDER")) define("EDIRECTORY_FOLDER", "/[your folder name]");
now goto and follow the steps
http//localhost/[your folder name]/setup
