cpannel access on windows xp here how you do it

ok to those who have this xp cpanel problem
i thought id share as ive looked all over the internet and got no help but everyone with xp - has this problem
cpannel page dosent log in becase of suppose decode error
well it a minor install xp and or login as admin

then simply open brouser in private mode and there you go

this minght seem like useless infor but if you use atomic email and gsa submission ibp and so on 32bit xp carnt be topped well that my opion
im a long time webmaster and im so happy i can now use cpannel on xp
been smoking my head for a while
