|
best methods to use for reputation marketing?
been trying to find the best methods or software to use to allow clients to get their customers to leave good review. best is to weed out the ones that are under four stars ..send them to a form..ns the 4 and 5 star reviews go directly to the gmb page...thanks for any help!

Gravity forms can be set with their logic, ask several questions with few options to determine satisfaction (Rate experience with X : Poor / Not bad / Good / Excellent) , on every poor make logic to open additional field and ask what exactly was the problem with that part of the service, each of those questions can rate specific part of their experience or service. Of course, results should come to the manager or the owner, so he can see how and what to improve. Feedback is free consultation, owner just need to listen his clients without ego involved.
At the end of the feedback form you can set "qualifier" questions, something like "Would you recommend this service to the friends/family? , Would you use this service again? , Overall, how was your experience? " and if any of them is less than excellent, set the form to open "would you like to talk directly with the manager" or " sorry if our service is below your expectations, we will contact you to try to resolve the problem", or something like that, just to weed them out to the manager so they don't go online to complain and talk shit. But, if ALL of those last 3 questions were excellent, make logic field to show "thank you for the amazing feedback, here is 15% off for the next X service" or " Thank you for your great feedback, would you like to leave review on the X website so other costumers know for our X service? , etc. Basically, in one afternoon you can make automated review machine that separate not so satisfied clients from very satisfied clients and send to review platform just those super happy people. And if you want to make real business from it, purchase EasyForms (not for wordpress but full script) on codecanyon, it's not easy as gravity forms but it's not that hard too, and you'll have full system with statistics and all, you can make reports of each questionnaire, survey, feedback form, support a lot of clients, etc. |
