Youtube music copyright strike by remix maker?

i got a copyright strike by someone that edited some videos belonging to tupac and remastered the sound so they are almost perfect

in my eyes they own none of the copyright to this music/content

i got a copyright stike for 2 videos and they were removed from my channel


if i file a counter request or something im not in the wrong for doing that right? i have as much right to upload that music as they do. which is probably no rights but if they can upload it does not mean they own copyrights to the content

any help or info on this situation would be a great thanks!!
