Youlikehitsbot, a scam?

Hi there,

I just wanted your opinion on Youlikehitsbot. I bought this bot not too long ago. Since then I tried to use it, all it those is give me the 10 daily points... nothing more... Is this bot a scam? Does anyone have it and get points from it?

I contacted the support team, but when they answer, they don't even mind telling if it is working or not... I wonder if I got scammed. If anyone can share their experience, it would be great.
