I agreed... Too good to be true, support dead, site is dead... (My Payment just got ignored) i didn't have time to get frustrated like others by this service...

i think i will have to stick with expensive alternative... (because won't want to risk my clients sites)

We have did a serious maintenance today with our phoenix location because of the log file that prevents our server from booting,

Here is a screenshot inside the node that we rebooted today,

We Apologize for any mistakes that happened today, but our staff tried to get everything fixed today,

Our uptime is 99.9% and no one of our clients complained about the uptime before,

But this member " Muzik " is trying to made some bad comments because he didn't know how csf firewall is working. he is blaming us after we helped him.

But We trust our services and clients,

Another update: We have many clients from BBHF are running their website with the other NODES that we have in Germany, USA, France, Netherlands,

But the phoenix location was under maintenance today because of the previous issues we posted with our previous comment,

Many companies around the world are doing the maintenance twice monthly we haven't made any maintenance before just one time before 6 months.

I'm sorry for the issues but i'm sure all websites are running fast and great now.
