I have been waiting for my domain which is pending and despite a couple of tickets no response as yet. However my account and cpanel for Unlimited Alpha Reseller was open within 45 minutes.
Would appreciate any other comments re their support

If you choose the VPS package over the Unlimited Alpha do you loose any of the main features in the reseller packages?
