Gentlemen, My name is Mohan. I signed up for your x3host.com Unlimited reseller service and registered a domain with you, http://www.mv2host.com . I has not been working since thje day i signed up.

The service is very bad and inconsistent. I asked for a refund, but i was asked to cancel it and service improvement was promised.

BUT, it did not happen...My trust went down the drain.

See below the second batch of support tickets i have put forward andnot answered:

I like your stlyle...After supeficial responce you PUT the tickey status as CLOSED, BUT after 24 to 48 hours is back to the same old CRAP.


I want a full refund.

If no refund is forthcoming, i will make a report with bestblackhatforum.com where i signed up in your BSO . and share this unfairness with social media.

I have never had a chance to deliver my reseller service.

Your website has been suspended due to malware exist inside your website and the suspension comes from the domain register and we are working for a solution to you.

But please don't use Plugins / Scripts that have malware inside it!

Yes you can try us for a 1 month for free if you want to try the service

Some reviews here is from a 0 members that don't have any service with us and newly registered to attack us without trying the services.

But i'm sure few of our client's are complaining but we answered their tickets right inside the client area.

But from my side, Our server is running with a 100% uptime since years without any issues so wonder if you didn't renewed your service with us and the service terminated it automatically because you didn't paid for the renewal date ?!

Make sure no termination or suspension but after 3 or 4 months without payments the system suspend/terminate any client's website after that.

There is no hosting company that will do the same for 3 or 4 months keeping your website with them.

Alot of people know what i'm exactly typing here.

We can't control the plugins you upload to your wordpress websites

Here is for example inside BBHF

It's not allowed to host plugins if they don't pass the virustotal scan

If you uploaded a plugin with maclious code the phishing page from google will appear there is no filter or any system will prevent your from uploading the malcious codes or detecting it.

If you want us to re-create your website we will do it for you.

Please help us to make our hosting clean from malcious code and upload clean plugins and themes.
