I am having to get a refund via paypal because the seller here does not honor their guarantee, been asking for a refund for a while, becuase their service is down frequently, and that's not even good for a test host, for the price you can find stable ones, that work all the time, and don't need 10 plus days for a ticket response! Avoid at all costs!

A few number of clients trying to access their cpanel and they put wrong information the result our firewall block their IPS for 15 minutes , they can't wait .

But if you check the clients answers again " their answer is " everything is working well "

Bad experience with them!
I "attempted" to purchase hosting from them, using the "I will update my nameservers on an existing domain Or I will register a new domain." button.

I keep getting a "The following errors occurred:
The domain you entered is not valid" message.

That was Saturday. I opened a ticket with them. No response. Yesterday I opened another ticket. Still no response.
I opened a ticket where I bought the domain (namecheap) to have them check if there was a problem, and received a response within 2 hours.

Not looking good for X3. Unacceptable support, move on!
