Your nameservers resolve to another ips , you need to point the nameservers with the new IP records we sent it to you.

Will I ever get what I purchased???????? What kind of service is this?
From last week, you saying "you are going to setup my domain I purchased and the reseller account". Still I got nothing, just a server which not correct. Because reseller server will not work without my domain. If it's take weeks to complete to setup my domain, what will take with other issues?
No proper response from ticket, customer care, skype and even here in bbhf. If you can't setup, please refund my money. We don't want to waste our time and money.

I already submitted ticket and you already replied several times in the ticket and here in post and in PM. But, still no solution. It's a simple issue. Setup my domain to work and the reseller account. A week passed, I am just contacting in ticket, here in post and in PM. What fixed in my ticket? Check attached screenshot. Saying to check my domain that is fixed. But, it's not even purchased yet. Then how it will work. Another question, what will be the nameserver address when I create a new sub cPanel and want to point a domain on it?
