I have posted reviews of this service as a user right into this thread before - but they are buried beneath all the (rather argumentative) replies by the OP insisting that everything is working 100% no matter what concerns the paying users of the services have expressed.

My biggest point in this reply is as follows:
FBH, you will not score any points with users OR potential buyers here by arguing endlessly or by making it seem as if your clients are incompetent.
Insulting folks is just bad for business - plain and simple.

Example:
I sent you a copy of just a small amount of my local monitoring logs showing that the domain I had with you was unreachable - alot.
Your response ??
Insulting - whether that was your intention, just a language problem or whatever it may have been - you tried to infer incompetence.

I told you right from the start that my goal was that of testing your services and that I would report here 100% honestly what my results were.

I can certainly and openly share some of that info here if your desire is to do more of that insulting/arguing stuff;
Interestingly, the ticket in which I shared that info with you and also offered to share my logs openly was closed without further reply.

Please make your services better AND please do so while trying to relate a bit better with your clients; I promise you that is a better way to conduct business !!
