Sometimes we provide hosting to a client but the client is not satisfied with the hosting because they want you to make sure the plugins installed can run too :(

You need at least an alpha package for these plugins or one of our vps servers.

Frankly speaking, I didn't get you.
Isn't Reseller/Master/Alpha same server specification?

Yes, But the plugins need more resources and we offer these resources only with high packages. and we also still prefer purchasing any vps package for these plugins.
