In our NY location we have done some maintenance it doesn't take 3 minutes of working through the SSH session,

We have some issues with the cloudlinux technology and now all fixed

The problem was with " Duplicated systemd RPM's installed of cloudlinux make the server mariaDB turns to off "

As stated above , it appears packages such as systemd, which are responsible for starting, stopping, and maintaining services in CentOS7 based systems, are currently showing duplicate RPM's installed.

These should be addressed in order to ensure they are not conflicting or at issue in regards to managing and maintaining services. As it appears some of these packages are CloudLinux based, and some are system based, we have fixed it as a permanent solution , Now all issues gone and i'm sure no problem will be exist on our servers again.
