You are not hosted in our NY location , You are hosted on the phoenix one, and all websites working there great.

Actually as per current situation they have very very poor performance, totally unprofessional replies, fake commitments, more downtime than uptime.

Actually we can't say it is a hosting company, we can say that they are newbies who make different experiments with hosting setups and Cpanels.
