Wordpress - Categories, Subcategories and Sub-Subcategories

I hope this is not out of line, I've asked the question in the Wordpress forum but got no answer on my thread and hoped that someone here might be able to help.

Can anyone recommend a Wordpress plugin or other solution to help me with posts in categories, subcategories and sub-subcategories? I need to file posts like this:

* State1
* City1
* Accommodation
* Hotels
* POSTS
* Guesthouses
* POSTS
* Lodges
* POSTS
* Restaurants
* African Cuisine
* POSTS
* Italian
* POSTS
* Things To Do
* Cinemas
* POSTS
* Fishing
* POSTS
* City 2
THEN AGAIN THE SAME AS ABOVE
* State 2
THEN AGAIN THE SAME AS ABOVE and so on.

In other words:
MAIN CATEGORY = States
SUBCATEGORY = Towns/Cities
Sub-SUBCATEGORY = Accommodation + Restaurants + Things To Do
Sub-Sub-SUBCATEGORY = Types of Accommodation + Types of Restaurants + Types of Things To do

Does it make sense?

When viewers search guesthouses in one city it should give him all the posts in the guesthouses category that's only linked to that city. And if he search just the city it should give all the posts in accommodation, restaurants and things to do.

The usual Wordpress just allow one category and one parent category. And if you click on the parent it give you all the posts in the parent category as well as all the child categories.

How do I go about creating and listing the categories and posts, and how do users use search to find a list of all posts in a specific category hierarchy?

I've searched for plugins but don't exactly know how to phrase it, so I didn't get any solution yet. Can anyone suggest something?

Just Put A Page, With Search Type When User Click "Sub-SUBCATEGORY" to "Sub-Sub-SUBCATEGORY = Types of Accommodation + Types of Restaurants + Types of Things To do",
