You're paying for cPanel based hosting, not for cPanel itself. cPanel is only licensed to dedicated servers and VPS. It includes an admin and reseller interface named WHM and a user control panel or cPanel. Therefore we're talking about the license that your host pays (assuming they have true servers and not just a reseller account). |
