What does it take to be able to give more than 1 rep to a sharer
I'm assuming that the number of reps you can give someone is tied to how many reps you personally have. Does anybody know what the requirements are? I noticed some comments like "great share +5 given." In the Miscellaneous I saw an incredible amount of health type shares from StillStanding, but I was really surprised when I discovered I could only give him 1 rep.
