What do you use to post to Instagram from your desktop?

What do you use to post to Instagram from your desktop?

I tried Gramblr, Bluestacks and Nextpost.

Nextpost is cool but you can't post videos if you're on shared hosting. It also has problems when scheduling posts.

Do you use software, or a service (eg. Tailwind)?

Anyways, after announcement of the Content Publishing API on Jan 30, a couple of external posts listing a bunch of options available (also include the ones you've listed like Grambler, Tailwind)
