Hiii Guys,

As the title says.
What is the most affordable way to send 30k emails..?

No they are not opt in list emails.
Those are emails of offline businesses that i gathered from different sources.

I Am Really stuck at this,i think i want some kind of smtp service to make this happen,
Do you guys recommend any smtp service which is affordable,reliable and blackhat supported...?

Try with free mandrill smtp. They allow you to send out 12k emails/month, but you can send out all 12k in one day. So, create 3 free accounts and blast it out. If you will sending from your desktop you can use sendblaster, which you can find here, on forum, or if you send out from wp, create 3 instances of wp, install some newsletter plugin that support smtp (I using wp newsletter manager - free one), and start to make a money!

I used mandrill smtp but they are banning accounts (they banned my 2 accounts recently)
They haven't done like that before,i know this bcoz i used them before.
Yes i have the sendblaster,but i haven't tried the wp newletter method.
Maybe should i try it.

How many emails are you sending from wp newsletter method...?

I was sending with this method 3 - 4 months back, and was sent out 6k emails per wp instance / one mandrill smtp / day. This was works for me, but for larger amount of emails you need to set up alot of wp instances, lot of work. So now, more or less sending from desktop with atomic mail sender, private socks proxies and free smtp providers. Mostly using mailgun or mandrill.
