Website and Backlink question
I recently created a new website to promote my balloon twisting business. I got a deal from godaddy. They basically gave me a domain name with free hosting and a website builder for 12 bucks. I realized afterward that it's one of those websites where you can't really do any off page seo like with wordpress sites. I also had some backlinks created for it by an seo company. Here is my lame ass question of the day. I want to change my hosting to hostgator so I can do more with the website seo. I am assuming that the backlinks are attached to the domain name and will follow me if I redirect the domain name to the new website that would be hosted by hostgator. Am I correct?
