I am no WP expert have you checked line 108 at /usr/local/lib/php/host1free.php ? That might give you some idéas whats wrong. Also did you have something before you got this message? If not check with your host if they changed something and maybe they can take a look at that file for you. Good luck i try to check back later see if you solved it or if can provide help if not anyone else that really know WP help.

it's either on or off in the php settings...certain software and scripts don't like the setting one way and vice versa. i'd google it with the script name you're using, it's probably been solved already somewhere else

change hosting to one that allows most php functions. Many free hosts disable some php functions to try prevent getting hacked. Theres many free hosting hosts around with these things enabled just have to look around. This is also the reason many claim certain scripts dont work for them its usually the hosting. :)
