In need of a Partner from USA

Probably you would first look at my post count to see my credibility. I just want to make sure that everything's clear before I start dictating my plan.

I am a new member here but have been checking out this forum for months. It's today that I decided to register for it and I think I did it for the best! I wanted a partnership with the a person who would do CPA offers and to whom I can pay the amount.

As of now, honestly I've only $14.50 to pay and there are 28 offers to be done. So that's around $0.50 per E-mail Submit.

Hence the total amount I will pay :- 12.19 + 2.31 = $14.50
