[WTT] Need PHP/mySQL + HTML/CSS/JS/BootStrap Coding

I need an high-intermediate to professional:
PHP - mySQL - HTML - HTML5 - CSS3 - JS - jquery (some) - AJAX (some) - BootStrap Knowledge.

to de-bug my NFOPic.com website and re-design layout (Header/Footer seperate files) and an Inner Page Template.

ALso some features need to be fixed and added also, there is some problems with the ASCii to PNG Conversion (it used to work 100%) before it was updated by another coder, now .NFO files are not in-line. There is a line of code that make the PNG an exact width, and starts from the left on exact line of every line instead of sometimes needing a space, this can be fixed be checking out original v0.1 script.

Also, if you look at http://NFOmation.net you will see the ASCii (Amiga Font) version, I would like this added if possible, if not, just the PNG Image Conversion to be 100%. It uses a font file to make the text on the image, this is the exact Font that .NFO files use.

The LOGO is fine as is, created by myself, but the homepage layout needs de-bugging and re-coding to fit MODERN/MINIMILISTIC (Web 3.0) style design. With a PHP Header and Footer for easy editing on homepage and inner pages I add later (just create 1 inner page with advanced contact form using Bootstrap GlyIcons or FontAwesome inside INPUT fields and SolveMedia.com API (I have API key) CAPTCHA YOU CAN GET A PHP CONTACT FORM FREE ONLINE AT ANY CODING/DEVELOPMENT BLOG OR STACK EXCHANGE ETC - [/color]
