I not only need a non-hosted, PIN verified account for myself but potentially many accounts for US customers later. The real reason I need them is for YouTube Live embedding purposes, but the added flexibility to use them on blogging networks makes non-hosted the way to go.

Here's my offer...

I will give 12 months of cpanel hosting in exchange for a PIN verified, US account. I'll do 3 to 6 months for a fully approved account that hasn't yet gone through PIN verification, depending on the age.

After that time, I'll continue to host your site for for $50 per year. Assuming you are selling Adsense accounts with pre-built blogs, you could then continue to offer hosting to your own customers at mark up with support falling back on me and my team, rather than you.

I am open to other offers and ideas. I simply need a connection who can help me with this part.

I'm not a seller of AdSense accounts but I have my own AdSense account that I'm not really banking on "yet". Would you be interested in trading for the year? And maybe thereafter if we're both happy with the arrangement? I don't really use my account, I've cashed out a whopping $100.00/USD and that's about it. But then again, it's a better established account because it has withdrawal history.

The only issue is you would have all the power in any instance regardless which isnt fair to anyone... see Itake risks but I'm no fool. It would be easy for you to repin an account and terminate the hosting in seconds. I'd be more interested in letting you use my AdSense account exclusively. I can make an account and grant you permissions to handle everything. I won't even bother logging onto it, only as requested by you if that need ever arises. My account is also GSuite, so its setup solid and in deep with Google.
