[WTB] I need a list of 10K cleaning

I have a list that needs cleaning before I dare use it. Approx 10K emails, all were opt-in but many are old and all are neglected, I suspect it will trim down to 1000 or so after a thorough cleaning. Does anyone offer this service?

List of 10K is cheap to get done. Cheapest is probably https://email-verify.my-addr.com/ , a more thorough cleaner is https://neverbounce.com/ but pricier.

Price comparison first site is $2 for 10K, second site is $37.50 for 10K.
